My plea to DD

Why aren’t you in LA? I moved here from Maine, where my town had at least 4 DD locations, to LA, not even considering you might not be here. As your nationwide taste test proves, DD is far better than Starbucks, and I don’t want to be reduced to getting my coffee from that abomination.

Why I haven’t been writing.

I was having a conversation with my mom that involved a person I haven’t seen in 20 years, and then I was like, “OH MY GOD. I’M OLD ENOUGH TO REMEMBER 20 YEARS AGO.” And my mom was like, “YEAH. IT’S WEIRD, ISN’T IT?” And I was like, “OH MY GOD.”
